Our God is bigger and better than we can imagine! Everywhere you look – everything you see seems to shout, “God is Great!” “God is higher than anything and anyone, outshining everything you can see in the skies.”TM (even Hale Bop!)
The thing that God does that outshines them all is “He picks up the poor from out of the dirt, rescues the wretched who’ve been thrown out with the trash, seats them among the honored guests, a place of honor among the brightest and best.”TM
That’s what God did for me, making me pastor of Country Bible Church in Blair! He saved a “wretch” like me (North Omaha hood) and gave me a place of honor among the brightest and the best! I have to pinch myself sometimes to see if it’s all true. Country Bible Church people are truly the “brightest and the best” and I can hardly believe I have a place of honor among them…
